Schedule: 11:40-12:45 Monday to Friday

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure a vigilant presence in the school to guarantee compliance with rules and student safety, by making regular rounds, intervening if necessary and reporting any anomalies.
  • Act as a point of contact for students and visitors, guiding them and providing clear information on school regulations.
  • Help students in need of extra support in a caring manner, whether for eating in the cafeteria, getting dressed, or getting around.
  • Work closely with the educational team to ensure that student activities run smoothly and are supervised, and that the necessary resources are available.
  • Intervene effectively in conflict resolution, provide first aid and contribute to safety in case of emergency, in collaboration with the disciplinary team, if necessary.
  • Manage room reservations, locker allocation and equipment monitoring.
  • Actively participate in absence control according to established procedure and manage student attendance data.
  • Use IT tools to carry out administrative tasks and monitor activities, as required.
  • Performs all other related tasks.

                                                                                                                                                            

GENERAL_SKILLS

  • Hold a 5th year high school diploma or an attestation of studies with recognition of equivalence.
  • Possess one (1) year of relevant work experience favoring the development of a personal discipline, a basic understanding of psychology or human relations skills.
  • Have a good command of spoken English and a working knowledge of French.
  • Hold a valid first aid certificate.
