Context:
Ste-Foy Elementary is a community-oriented school that offers a stimulating environment where a variety of approaches to learning are used to meet the needs of all learners – from our collaborative cycle classes to our dedicated staff. Our outdoor classroom encourages hands-on science and environmental awareness. We offer an enriched French Program, as well as extra physical education through our kindergarten swimming program and our ABAM (Active Bodies Active Minds) program in cycle 3. Our team is focused on putting in place several initiatives to foster a welcoming and mindful environment for all, which include clubs, school-wide activities, sports teams, cultural events and community partnerships. Ste-Foy Elementary welcomes new students throughout the school year, and more than 20% of our student body has special needs, including physical and\or intellectual disabilities and autism.

THE POSITION
This position entails the responsibility for the management from both the pedagogical and administrative aspects of all the programs and resources of the school in accordance with the Education Act, the School Board and the school mission, the policies, practices and the responsibilities defined by the Central Québec School Board as well as those defined in the Regulation respecting the conditions of employment of management staff of school boards (available by calling Human Resources).
